Buyer concerns, disputes, returns, and refunds
Return, refund, dispute, and purchase-protection options may depend on the seller’s disclosed terms, the payment provider, the type of transaction, applicable law, and the Marketplace features available in the user’s location.Unless FLEAP FLAPP expressly states otherwise in a separate published policy, FLEAP FLAPP does not guarantee reimbursement, refunds, delivery, product quality, seller performance, or the outcome of a dispute.When reviewing a reported Marketplace problem, FLEAP FLAPP may consider available information, including:- The listing and its description.
- Messages between the buyer and seller.
- Payment and transaction records.
- Shipping or delivery information.
- Photographs, receipts, and other documents.
- Account activity and previous policy violations.
- Information provided by payment or service providers.
Prohibited and restricted products

Product titles, photographs, descriptions, prices, availability, condition information, shipping terms, return conditions, and promotional statements must be accurate.Users may not:- Hide important defects or limitations.

- Use unrelated or materially altered photographs to misrepresent a product.
- Create false scarcity or availability claims.

Ratings, reviews, and Marketplace integrity
Reviews and ratings must reflect genuine experiences.Users may not:- Buy, sell, or exchange fake reviews.
- Review their own products through another account.
- Offer benefits in exchange for dishonest reviews.
- Threaten another person over a review.
- Coordinate review attacks.
- Use automated systems or fake accounts to manipulate ratings or Marketplace activity.
- Delete and republish listings to hide violations or poor performance.
Marketplace live-streaming safety
Marketplace live streams may be used to present products, demonstrate services, communicate with viewers, and promote legitimate Marketplace activity.Live streams may not include:- Sexual activity or prohibited nudity.
- Harassment, bullying, threats, or hate speech.
- Scams, fraudulent giveaways, or deceptive selling.
- Illegal products or activities.
- Dangerous challenges or conduct likely to cause injury.
- Human exploitation or trafficking-related content.
- Copyrighted content used without permission.
- Misleading product demonstrations.
- Pressure to use unsafe or unauthorized payment methods.
Personal information and privacy
Users must respect the privacy and security of other people.Users may not:- Publish private addresses, telephone numbers, financial information, identification documents, or account credentials without authorization.
- Use buyer or seller information for unrelated marketing, harassment, discrimination, or fraud.
- Sell or distribute another person’s private information.
- Request sensitive information that is not reasonably necessary for a transaction.
- Use Marketplace information for identity theft, stalking, fraud, or other harmful conduct.
Reporting safety concerns
Users may report prohibited listings, fraud, scams, harassment, suspicious transactions, unsafe activity, or other violations by using available in-app reporting tools or by emailing:safety@fleapflapp.comA report should include relevant information when available, such as:- The username or business name involved.
- The affected listing, product, message, live stream, or transaction.
- A clear description of the problem.
- Screenshots, receipts, messages, shipping information, or other supporting evidence.
Enforcement
Depending on the severity, frequency, and circumstances of a violation, FLEAP FLAPP may:- Issue a warning.
- Remove or restrict a listing.
- Reduce content visibility.
- End a live stream.
- Remove a live-stream recording.
- Cancel or reverse a transaction where permitted.
- Hold or delay funds where permitted.
- Require additional account, identity, business, or transaction verification.
- Restrict selling, purchasing, messaging, advertising, live streaming, or monetization.
- Suspend Marketplace access.
- Suspend the entire FLEAP FLAPP account.
- Permanently ban an account or device.
- Preserve relevant records for an investigation.
- Report serious conduct to payment providers, regulatory authorities, law enforcement, or other appropriate organizations when required or permitted by law.
Appeals
Users may appeal an eligible Marketplace enforcement decision by contacting:safety@fleapflapp.comAppeals should generally be submitted within fourteen (14) days of the enforcement action and should include:- The user’s full name and username.
- The listing, transaction, live stream, feature, or account affected.
- The date of the enforcement action.
- A clear explanation of why the user believes the decision was incorrect.
- Any relevant supporting information or evidence.
