FLEAP FLAPP Marketplace Community Guidelines

FLEAP FLAPP Marketplace connects eligible buyers, sellers, creators, and businesses worldwide. These guidelines are designed to maintain a safe, respectful, inclusive, lawful, and trustworthy marketplace.

FLEAP FLAPP is intended only for individuals who are at least 18 years old. By creating an account or using the Marketplace, you confirm that you are at least 18.

1. Respect and Safety

All Marketplace users must communicate respectfully and act in good faith.

The following are prohibited:

  1. Harassment, bullying, stalking, intimidation, threats, or repeated unwanted contact.
  2. Hate speech or attacks based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation, age, immigration status, veteran status, or another protected characteristic.
  3. Doxxing or sharing another person’s private information without permission.
  4. Threats or encouragement of violence.
  5. Graphic violence posted for shock value.
  6. Promotion of criminal, dangerous, or abusive behavior.
  7. Using listings, reviews, messages, comments, or live streams to target or humiliate another person.

2. Adult Content and Child Safety

The following content and activities are prohibited:

  1. Pornography or sexually explicit content.
  2. Sexual acts or nudity intended to arouse viewers.
  3. Sexual solicitation, escort advertisements, adult webcam services, or fetish content.
  4. Sexually exploitative products or services.
  5. Child sexual abuse material.
  6. Grooming or predatory behavior involving minors.
  7. Sexual exploitation, trafficking, or endangerment of minors.

FLEAP FLAPP has zero tolerance for child exploitation. Violations involving minors may result in immediate account termination and reporting to the appropriate authorities.

3. Scams, Fraud, and Deception

Marketplace users must not engage in:

  1. Financial or payment scams.
  2. Romance scams.
  3. Fake giveaways or prizes.
  4. Fake investments or get-rich-quick schemes.
  5. Pyramid or Ponzi schemes.
  6. Fraudulent fundraising.
  7. Identity theft or impersonation.
  8. Fake seller, buyer, or business accounts.
  9. Chargeback abuse.
  10. Review or rating manipulation.
  11. Fake engagement or manipulated marketplace activity.
  12. Misleading product claims, prices, photos, availability, shipping information, or return terms.
  13. Attempts to bypass suspensions, restrictions, payment reviews, or account bans.

Never send passwords, banking information, gift cards, verification codes, or other sensitive financial information to users you do not know or trust.

4. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers are responsible for their listings, customer communication, fulfillment, legal compliance, and accurate product information.

Sellers must:

  1. Provide truthful listings and accurate product or service descriptions.
  2. Use accurate prices, photographs, availability, specifications, and condition information.
  3. Clearly communicate product location, delivery, shipping, return, and refund terms.
  4. Deliver products or services as described.
  5. Respond to buyer questions and concerns in good faith.
  6. Comply with all applicable laws, taxes, licensing requirements, shipping rules, refund obligations, and FLEAP FLAPP policies.
  7. Obtain all necessary rights or permissions before selling branded, copyrighted, or licensed products.
  8. Protect buyers’ personal and payment information.
  9. Use authorized payment and transaction methods.
  10. Cooperate with legitimate fraud, safety, transaction, or policy investigations.

Sellers must not direct buyers toward unsafe payment methods or attempt to bypass FLEAP FLAPP’s protections.

5. Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers must:

  1. Provide truthful account, delivery, and payment information.
  2. Pay only for purchases they have legitimately authorized.
  3. Review product descriptions, prices, shipping terms, and return conditions before purchasing.
  4. Communicate respectfully with sellers.
  5. Report genuine problems truthfully and provide supporting information when requested.
  6. Use refunds, disputes, and chargebacks only for legitimate reasons.
  7. Follow applicable laws and FLEAP FLAPP policies.

Buyers may not:

  1. Make fraudulent purchases.
  2. Use stolen payment information.
  3. Submit false claims or dishonest refund requests.
  4. Abuse chargebacks.
  5. Threaten sellers to obtain free products, refunds, discounts, or other benefits.
  6. Manipulate reviews, ratings, or transaction records.
  7. Attempt to bypass platform safety or payment protections.

6. Prohibited Listings

The following products, services, and listings are prohibited:

  1. Illegal, stolen, counterfeit, unsafe, misleading, recalled, or restricted products.
  2. Weapons or products primarily intended to cause harm.
  3. Controlled substances or illegal drugs.
  4. Fraudulent services or scams.
  5. Human trafficking-related products, services, or content.
  6. Sexually exploitative products or services.
  7. Listings that contain harassment, hate speech, threats, or discriminatory content.
  8. Listings that violate intellectual-property rights.
  9. Products or services prohibited by applicable law.
  10. Listings containing deceptive medical, financial, or product claims.
  11. Any product or service that creates an unreasonable safety, fraud, or legal risk.

FLEAP FLAPP may remove or restrict any listing that violates these rules or presents a safety, security, legal, or reputational risk.

7. Product Accuracy and Honest Advertising

Product photographs, descriptions, titles, and promotional claims must accurately represent what the buyer will receive.

Users may not:

  1. Use unrelated or materially altered photographs to misrepresent a product.
  2. Hide important defects, damage, restrictions, or recurring charges.
  3. Advertise one price and demand a different price later.
  4. Create fake scarcity or false availability claims.
  5. Misrepresent product condition, brand, origin, size, quantity, features, or authenticity.
  6. Promise services or results that cannot reasonably be delivered.
  7. Use misleading keywords, categories, or tags to manipulate discovery.

8. Payments and Off-Platform Transactions

Users must follow the payment methods and checkout requirements made available by FLEAP FLAPP.

The following are prohibited:

  1. Asking users to send payment through unsafe or unauthorized methods.
  2. Attempting to bypass FLEAP FLAPP’s payment or transaction protections.
  3. Requesting passwords, full payment-card information, verification codes, or account credentials.
  4. Using stolen cards, bank accounts, identities, or payment accounts.
  5. Structuring transactions to avoid fraud monitoring, payment limits, or security reviews.
  6. Laundering money or using Marketplace transactions to conceal illegal funds.

FLEAP FLAPP may review, delay, hold, block, reverse, or cancel transactions for fraud prevention, security, policy enforcement, payment disputes, or legal compliance.

9. Shipping, Delivery, Returns, and Refunds

Sellers must clearly communicate:

  1. Shipping and delivery methods.
  2. Expected processing and delivery times.
  3. Shipping costs.
  4. Product location when relevant.
  5. Return eligibility.
  6. Refund terms.
  7. Any important limitations or exclusions.

Sellers must not falsely claim that an order was shipped or delivered. Buyers must not falsely claim that an order was missing, damaged, or unauthorized.

Marketplace users are responsible for complying with applicable consumer-protection, shipping, tax, and refund laws.

10. Reviews, Ratings, and Marketplace Integrity

Reviews and ratings must reflect genuine experiences.

Users may not:

  1. Buy, sell, or trade fake reviews.
  2. Review their own products through another account.
  3. Offer money, gifts, discounts, or benefits in exchange for dishonest reviews.
  4. Threaten another user over a review.
  5. Coordinate review attacks.
  6. Use automated systems or fake accounts to manipulate ratings.
  7. Remove and repost listings to conceal poor performance or policy violations.

FLEAP FLAPP may remove manipulated reviews and restrict accounts involved in marketplace manipulation.

11. Live-Streaming Rules

Marketplace live streams may be used to present products, demonstrate services, communicate with viewers, and promote legitimate marketplace activity.

Live streams may not include:

  1. Sexual activity or prohibited nudity.
  2. Harassment, bullying, threats, or stalking.
  3. Hate speech or discriminatory attacks.
  4. Scams, fraudulent giveaways, or deceptive sales tactics.
  5. Illegal products or activities.
  6. Dangerous challenges or conduct likely to cause injury.
  7. Human exploitation or trafficking-related content.
  8. Copyrighted music, video, images, or other content used without authorization.
  9. Misleading product demonstrations.
  10. Pressure to use unsafe or unauthorized payment methods.

FLEAP FLAPP may immediately end a live stream, remove its recording, restrict live-streaming access, suspend Marketplace privileges, or terminate the account.

12. Intellectual Property

Users may list or promote only products, services, photographs, videos, music, logos, and other materials they own or have legal permission to use.

Users may not:

  1. Sell counterfeit or unauthorized products.
  2. Copy another seller’s photographs or descriptions without permission.
  3. Misuse trademarks, logos, copyrighted works, or patented designs.
  4. Imply sponsorship, partnership, authorization, or affiliation that does not exist.
  5. Use FLEAP FLAPP’s name, logo, designs, platform layout, software, or branding without authorization.

Intellectual-property complaints may be submitted to support.team@fleapflapp.com with sufficient information for review.

13. Privacy and Personal Information

Users must respect the privacy and security of others.

Users may not:

  1. Publish private addresses, telephone numbers, financial details, identification documents, or account credentials without authorization.
  2. Use buyer or seller information for unrelated marketing or harassment.
  3. Sell or distribute another person’s private information.
  4. Request unnecessary sensitive information.
  5. Use information obtained through Marketplace for identity theft, fraud, stalking, or another harmful purpose.

14. Account and Marketplace Security

Users must:

  1. Provide accurate and current account information.
  2. Protect their passwords and account access.
  3. Report suspected unauthorized access promptly.
  4. Complete security or seller-verification requirements when requested.
  5. Cooperate with legitimate security and fraud reviews.

Users may not create fake accounts, impersonate others, use stolen identities, evade restrictions, or create replacement accounts after suspension.

FLEAP FLAPP may use automated technology, artificial intelligence, human review, device information, IP information, trust scoring, transaction monitoring, and other security systems to identify suspicious activity.

15. Reporting Violations

Users may report prohibited listings, scams, unsafe behavior, harassment, suspicious transactions, or other violations through:

  1. FLEAP FLAPP’s in-app reporting tools.
  2. Email: safety@fleapflapp.com

Reports should include relevant information such as:

  1. The username or business name involved.
  2. The listing, product, live stream, message, or transaction.
  3. A description of the problem.
  4. Screenshots, receipts, messages, or other supporting information when available.

Users may not knowingly submit false or malicious reports.

16. Enforcement

Depending on the severity, frequency, and circumstances of a violation, FLEAP FLAPP may:

  1. Issue a warning.
  2. Remove or limit a listing.
  3. Reduce content visibility.
  4. End a live stream.
  5. Remove a live-stream recording.
  6. Cancel or reverse a transaction.
  7. Hold or delay funds.
  8. Restrict selling, purchasing, messaging, live streaming, advertising, or monetization features.
  9. Require identity, business, or transaction verification.
  10. Suspend Marketplace access.
  11. Suspend the entire FLEAP FLAPP account.
  12. Permanently ban an account or device.
  13. Preserve relevant information for an investigation.
  14. Report serious conduct to payment providers, regulators, law enforcement, or other appropriate authorities when required or permitted by law.

FLEAP FLAPP may take immediate action when a violation presents a serious safety, fraud, child-protection, financial, or legal risk.

17. Appeals

Users may appeal an enforcement decision by contacting:

Appeals should generally be submitted within fourteen (14) days of the enforcement action and should include:

  1. The user’s full name and username.
  2. The affected listing, transaction, live stream, or account.
  3. The date of the enforcement action.
  4. A clear explanation of why the user believes the decision was incorrect.
  5. Any supporting documents or evidence.

Submitting an appeal does not guarantee that an enforcement action will be reversed.

18. Policy Updates

FLEAP FLAPP may update these Marketplace Community Guidelines as its services, safety systems, marketplace features, laws, and regulations evolve.

Continued use of FLEAP FLAPP Marketplace after an updated policy becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
